I brought my boyfriend to Napoly Clothing Store because we needed to pick out a suit for my sorority’s Christmas formal, and we had such a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful from start to finish and paid close attention to every detail. We were able to find everything we needed in one place. I drove here to purchase my husband a Bruno Capelo hat. Prior, I looked at their website and it showed the specific color I needed to match my husband's sport coat. Upon entry, I was met by a man that stated, "no food, no drinks" inside the store. My drink had a lid and I didn't have any food items. Another gentleman entered afterwards and was told the same. His drink too, had a cap. I decided to go spend my money elsewhere. By the way, neither Dillard's or Macy's denied my entry because of a my lemonade. I won't be back!

They have a trick return policy which is really "No return allowed ". I bought two shoes same type with different color to try them and keep one I like. They even made me pay extra incase I need to return. Then when it comes to return the item they state 'Only exchange or Store credit' allowed.
