Stay away from this spa while the owner- Pam N. is in charge. I went there for the PRP that wasn't done correctly, was insanely painful, and cost a lot of money for a terrible job. The owner doesn't care about the result, only the money. She is an aggressive salesman who doesn't refund and makes everything possible for you to continue using their services without addressing the obvious reasons why customers fall off the wagon. I went in to get a full leg and bikini wax just yesterday. Maybe they're good at everything else, but don't ever get waxed here. It took over an hour for just a shoddy job on the front of my legs. The woman who was supposed to be waxing me clearly had no idea what she was doing. They shouldn't offer waxing if they don't have anyone who can wax.
