Why they don’t give an option for zero starts is besides me! This place doesn’t not deserve 1star in any way. The clinical staff and entire team are exemplary! I have attended many events and sat with residents and all were well taken care of and treated like family. Kudos to the DON Sandra who, even on a day off, goes in to work because of wanting the very best care for her residents. I highly recommend this community!!!
My father was there (5) days, fell twice. Received a phone call from the nurse on duty stating “your father fell, he’s fine” That morning I visited, he couldn’t move his leg and was in a lot of pain. I said, take him to NCH where they discovered he broke his hip. Never once did I hear from Sandra the wellness director while he was at the facility and in NCH. Gross negligence on the part of the nursing staff. When my dad was first admitted on his charts, it said no salt instead of no sugar. The man is a diabetic. My mom found... read more
