I’m so glad I found Wayne and Lori! They’re incredibly talented, patient, and passionate about their craft. The quality of their work is outstanding — the craftsmanship and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. They restored my grandmother’s chairs with such care, bringing them back to life beautifully. Communication was smooth, they were kind and knowledgeable, and I always felt in good hands. I’ll definitely return for any future custom furniture or upholstery projects. Highly recommend this amazing team!

I rarely leave reviews, but Lori & Wayne deserve MORE than 5 stars! They are extremely skilled, kind, professional, knowledgable, and thorough. I drove all over Naples getting estimates to have dining chairs re-covered and they were the only shop that treated me as if my somewhat small job mattered to them. Wayne blocked out the design, had me try out different seat cushions for comfort, and even texted me a photo after the first chair was completed! Thank you Naples Custom Designs & Upholstery! They reupholstered 2 kitchen stools for me and made me a custom pillow. The work was perfect! Lori and Wayne are wonderful to work with and I felt lucky to have their help. I came back to have a bench recovered and they quickly fit me in their schedule. They are the BEST!
