Arthur Kapeleris said he would sell my house at a good price and act as a buying agent after my house was sold to help me find a new home. He tricked me into signing at a price I did not want to sell and lied to me after the house went under contract and ignored my text calls and emails forcing me to sell. He sent the contract to lawyers without notifying me before I even knew. His client service was poor and this agency cannot be trusted and I would never recommend them in the future.
