I went into the store looking for a pair of running shoes a few weeks ago. I was met by John whom I felt immediately welcome by. We started off by doing a foot analysis and measurement. Then he asked me specifics on my preferences and tailored my try on options based on that. He was knowledgeable and explained each option to me and as I tried each pair on discussion pros and cons. I went to Naperville Running Company because my podiatrist recommended it to find a supportive shoe for my ankle instability and plantar fasciitis. John ended up helping me, and turned out to be the best. He spent nearly 1.5 hours guiding and educating me on everything foot- and shoe- related. I visited the store for the first time this evening, and I was blown away! After over 10 years of struggling with flat feet, foot pain, and back issues, I finally decided to check it out. Nolan, our associate, was fantastic. He performed a thorough foot scan for both me and my husband, tailoring the shoe selections perfectly to our needs.
