I went into the store looking for a pair of running shoes a few weeks ago. I was met by John whom I felt immediately welcome by. We started off by doing a foot analysis and measurement. Then he asked me specifics on my preferences and tailored my try on options based on that. He was knowledgeable and explained each option to me and as I tried each pair on discussion pros and cons.
