Stumbled across this little shop today and thought I’d give it a go. I’ve tried plenty of Thai massage places to see the different techniques, and I have to say Atchara is now my second favourite spot for remedial works 🥰 I play a lot of badminton, so my shoulders, delts, calves and foot arches cop most of the strain. Today the therapist focused on my shoulders, calves and the arch of my feet, and I walked out feeling loose, light and completely relaxed.
