I placed an order for six '14 bottles. My order was cancelled without explanation. No call or email. I did receive a call from someone in CA yesterday, but when I answered they hung up. Anyway they obviously don't want my business.
I ordered a 2013 Cabernet as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend because I can’t find that one locally here in NJ anymore. I was excited to see that their website had it, and I paid the $24 extra to ship it. My boyfriend opened the box on Christmas, to find that it was 2016- the same one they sell for $10 here locally. So I basically spent almost $40 for a $10 wine that they mislead me about. Have made attempts to reach out to them and have received no response.
