Rick was very helpful in the beginning, helping us figure out what our options were for what we wanted and answering our many questions. When we made a decision he had a plan that he executed in a timeframe that worked for us. When it was complete he explained how everything worked and was thorough in his explanations. Rick was great to work with and look forward to working with him in the future.

Rick is great, he installed all of our equipment very quickly while explaining how each piece would work so we understood what he was doing. His instructions on how to use the equipment effectively were simple but very effective. Later on when we were having some problems with our system, he responded quickly and helped us resolve the problem in a mater of minutes. If you need help with sound I recommend you call them up.
Rick at NV Stereo has great communication skills and he really listened to us to know what we wanted. He’s got great ideas if you’re not sure what you want or need. Very prompt at returning calls. Answers your questions anytime you’re lost with new equipment. Would recommend for sure.
