I had a very disappointing experience with Nanua & Ioffe Lawyers. In my experience, they did not follow through on the commitments they made and communication was poor throughout the process. I often felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that client service was not a priority. I was also dissatisfied with how the financial aspects of my case were handled. It’s was a great experience from the first day I went to seek their legal counsel in their office till the day a settlement was reached with the insurance company. They are professional and clients friendly in the discharge of their duties. I’ll recommend them to anyone who has a legal issue and I will use them over again if I found myself in a situation like this in future.
