I needed a firm massage, I have a few long term problem areas, and when it comes to the neck it’s hard to find a therapist that will get the job done. I didn’t expect it to be relaxing, I wanted results that help me with daily pain. Pat was very firm, it did hurt, but I feel he knew exactly what he was doing, and I felt better almost immediately afterwards. Definitely going back to see him again.

Nancy and her whole team are extremely skilled and well-educated in a wide range of massage therapies. Every session feels personalised – they always seem to know exactly which muscles need attention without me having to say a word. I walk out feeling lighter, relaxed and genuinely cared for every single time. Very happy and can highly recommend!
