If I could give zero stars, I would. She said she turned our taxes in, never did. I have called and emailed no less than a dozen times and she'll never respond. After multiple calls, she did do our Federal, but still has not done our State. Just made another call to her assistant and hopefully she is handling it. It's SEPTEMBER and I did them in February. HORRIBLE!!!
