Very condescending and Unhelpful. I had an appointment with Dr Ho with a routine issue. Dr Ho suggested standard advice that my PCP had already provided. The only alternative treatment offered by Dr Ho was a surgical procedure, which I believed to be drastic considering the unremarkable nature of my illness. I don't know how the doctors are here because scheduling with the unempathetic, uninformative office staff was a nightmare. Hope you guys don't lose it on to much business, because you definitely lost me.

I waited nearly two months for a specialist appointment. My insurance policy has two tiers, and when I had an emergency, I had no choice but to see someone from Tier 2, which cost me double. Less than 24 hours before my appointment with Dr. Ho, I received a call—informing me she wouldn’t see me because I had previously seen someone else. She claimed she doesn’t do second opinions. Very kind and really listens to everything I say, her assistant is also freaking awesome, overall a supportive and safe environment
