I am highly impressed with the staff at this facility but I especially want to write a review about Amy Rice because she is one of the best nurses I have had the pleasure of working with & that’s saying a lot because I’ve been a Nurse for 25 years! I am a Hospice Nurse so we have patients at this facility and have had many encounters with her and she is so experienced with extensive medical knowledge. My mother has been in this nursing home for two weeks and I have had to make two reports with the sheriffs department. One for physical abuse and one because they stole her cell phone and she still does not have it. I believe they stole the phone as retaliation for me reporting their physical abuse.
Caring Facility. Praise the Lord!
I ended up at Nancy Hart for a large portion of 1021. I don't remember the beginning... They were awesome. Massive stroke Landed me there. In two days in excited to say I'll wil have walked unassisted 300 days this year! I completely attribute that to my start on this journey. I know now I wasn't really awake but I was treated like a king! Mu goal is to some day walk back in to say Thank you in person... I can't say enough about how great they all treated me...
Great place my dad’s been down there for quiet sometimes!! And the staff is amazing and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for being sooo good to him!! Special thanks to Miss Happy and Miss Amy and all the staff!! Loving and understanding!!! Thanks for being so good to him!!
