I started out working with Nancy and her group back in January 2021, seeking weight loss surgery. My insurance required 6 months supervised with a doctor / nutritionist , I am so glad I chose Nancy and her group. I have learned so much - reading food labels, fat contents, sugars, sugar alcohols - I wish this was taught in schools, so much knowledge you gain and the understanding what you are eating. The importance of vitamins your body needs. I highly recommend Nancy - she is my life saver.
Topnotch in all respects. First became her patient in 2008. One of the best therapeutic relationships I have ever had. And that is saying quite a lot because I generally don't get on well with dietitians.
Nancy is the best Nutritionist I've seen. She helps me make wise and healthy choices in an easy manner to keep me on track to my goals and needs. She works with her patients individually, not a "cookie cutter" type of meal plan given; and most important, reviewed my lab work and is helping me with my calcium, vitamin D and other nutrient levels to get them within normal ranges.
