My mom needed Lifeline as a full care patient. The Lifeline staff went above and beyond to find the right button for her complex needs. Now, many years later, my father has Lifeline because he is at risk for falls. It makes me feel good to know that he is covered with a local company.
After my wife fell and broke her pelvis we realized we were already too late in signing on to a medical alert system. Now we both have Nanaimo Lifeline buttons and have had cause to use them on several occasions. We cannot speak highly enough of the service provided. There are numerous medical alert systems available in our area but Lifeline offers light, waterproof buttons with trained personnel responding quickly when called.
