Great experience here! I wasn’t able to hear out of one of my ears from it being blocked and Rhian was able to find an appointment for me to have my ears cleaned. The appointment was on time and very quick. Thanks again!!
Excellent welcome from Rhian at reception followed by very attentive staff throughout my visits for wax removal and a hearing test. I would recommend them to anyone needing hearing advice.
My aunt resides in a care home in Nanaimo and recently broke her hearing aid. Renae went over and above and worked some magic in fixing it for her. The time taken and kindness shown is greatly appreciated. Thx you!!
At first, they thought they could not do what it needed to be done in order to get a job taken care of, but after a minute or two that little thing that had been causing me so much grief was quickly pulled out of my ear and the hearing aid dome was no longer lodged in my ear and was no longer causing me grief. The staff are amazing and very warm and welcoming can’t say enough about my experience there and I would have no worries Recommending the staff.
