I went to Deep Tissue Wellness Massage + Cupping and it was AMAZING! I’d been dealing with really bad stiff neck and shoulder pain for a while, and overall my whole body felt sore. Mila’s technique was incredible, and I left feeling so much lighter and more relaxed. My neck and shoulders feel completely renewed, and my body feels amazing! I’ll definitely be going back to treat myself again.
I had one of the best facials today with Skylar. She was very informative, but also super friendly . You can tell she knows her stuff . Front desk staff were really helpful and warm welcoming too. Highly recommend!

I love Elements spa. It’s very serene and professional. Some of the best massages I’ve ever had with an RMT combined with the feeling of relaxation. Marissa is so knowledgable at dealing with my health condition as well as my body. I feel very comfortable there plus they have a great little mini boutique to shop at as well with great products owning a local business in town. I appreciate when another business does it well.
