Had a massage by Ashley and she was an absolute delight! Answered all my questions and recommended so things for me to try the next time I go. I also tried the leg compression boot treatment and I can honestly say that I have never felt better! This place is adorable and I felt so calm and relaxed when I left.
Nana & Papaw are absolutely adorable. They seem to be genuinely kind and caring people very knowledgeable about the benefits of salt and detox for the body. My friend and I did the salt foot soak to remove the toxins, then based on the color and stuff floating around in your water, they can asses what detoxed and where you might have so issues. Nana was amazing. I took my 14 year old daughter who just got over the flu. We had a wonderdul time with the foot bath and salt room. We will go again.

I went to the salt room the other day and tried the sound and vibration therapy! 10/10 recommend. I had been dealing with a lot of stress, depression, and grief. After leaving there I felt more relaxed then I have in years. They have so many things that you could do there that promotes wellness and over all health. I highly recommend that people try this place! ❤️
