Initially great but then I got into a 6 week.group class with LeAnn...very condescending...Rude...made fun of me in e mails.. hogged time in class between one of her friends and her ...when I confronted her she minimized n then ridiculed me....NO PROFESSIONALISM.....IN FACT THAT IS CHILDISH...THIS INDIVIDUAL TOOK ZERO RESPONSIBILITY....STEER C LEAR OF THIS PARTICULAR GROUP...AND I'D SAY THIS AGENCY...I contacted the supervisor and she said she'd address it n get back to me ...that was 4 months ago...???? No reply whatsoever.... read more

Why can’t this agency reach out to its members and offer advocacy services? When I was tormented and needed them I had no help. This is a real mystery to me. Consumers are members and there was never any outreach to me. It needs to be said for change.

Don't bother showing up for a meeting--no one will be there! After trying for two weeks via email and phone to get confirmation (from at least two staff members) of an in-person meeting and hearing nothing back, I drove for 30 minutes to a meeting that I confirmed on the calendar before I left. No one was there! This organization doesn't care about being responsive or updating their website. Too bad considering the population they're supposed to serve.
