Unsatisifed Customer. I advertised with Names and numbers this year. I was told the phone book would come out in November 2010 and I did not recieve the phone book until Jan. 2011. This greatly afftected my business. I emailed the sales person about this issue and I got no response. I then called a couple weeks later and they said the phone books stated being delivered Nov.26th(doubtful). I am very unsatisifed with this company and will never advertise with them again.

Phone Book listings & advertising Names & Numbers is a local business that has grown rapidly. They distribute phone books with alot of local advertisers to 10 states. Upon inquiring about a ad placement I was told to call back at a particular date to guarantee publication. Upon calling back I found that the book had already been published, the disgruntled employee had given me the wrong date, therefore my business is suffering as I have to wait to advertise until next year.
