BUYER BEWARE!!!! I paid for my furniture in FULL 1800 on December 23. My furniture was delivered December 24, by extremely unprofessional contracted delivery drivers. These fools were upset they couldn’t get the furniture in my door. Called their boss to complain about the delivery. I mean you would think three idiots who move furniture would be able to get it into my apartment? Terrible customer service gave me the run around for months... just to end up with no furniture
Absolute RIP OFF!!!! Company has no legitimate managers to speak with Our furniture order has never arrived. We were promised a refund. Made multiple trips to the store after " Managers," told us we could come on this day at this set time. All three trips wasted. No Managers ever there. Only one person's phone number will be released to us, and it always goes to a full mailbox. Today we were promised we would get the refund. 4th trip for furniture due to us over 3 months ago.
