I just had to file a complaint with consumer protection in regards to Namco. My town inspector will not pass my pool as he is claiming Namco sold me a pool that is not a state complaint. I have attempted for weeks to have this resolved with Namco but they are not returning any phone calls/emails. I have chosen them believing they were a great company that would take care of their customer but sadly that is far from the truth. I have been having this issue for 6 months now without resolution in sight....
Like many others, I ordered a pool early this Spring and still didn't receive it almost 2 months later. Salesperson said it would only take 2 weeks. After I ordered they immediately stopped answering their phones. My only recourse was to post negative reviews, file complaints with the BBB/Mass Attorneys General Office, and email their 29 year old CEO (Jim Martyniuk ).
