Had a great first massage experience. Jessica cared to discuss and fully understand my needs in order to target areas that were previously causing me pain and discomfort. I found her to be very knowledgable and friendly and I will definitely be returning. I had a restful sleep after and woke up the next morning feeling so much better.
Amazing service, left feeling so relaxed
I initially had some confusion with the payment and insurance coverage, which caused me to overpay. However, the spa promptly addressed the issue, voided the remaining $5 balance, and the owner was very kind and helpful. The massage itself was wonderful, and I really appreciate how they resolved the situation. I’m glad I gave them a try, and I hope their administration continues to improve communication for future clients.
