Amazing service, left feeling so relaxed
I initially had some confusion with the payment and insurance coverage, which caused me to overpay. However, the spa promptly addressed the issue, voided the remaining $5 balance, and the owner was very kind and helpful. The massage itself was wonderful, and I really appreciate how they resolved the situation. I’m glad I gave them a try, and I hope their administration continues to improve communication for future clients.
Fantastic, after finals week and sitting for far to long everyday, Jay helped me move properly again!
Namaste is my favorite spa in the city. The place is very cozy and the people are welcoming. Pranaka and Jay are great therapists and lovely persons.
