This was my first time there and it definitely won’t be the last! I hade the walking on clouds foot treatment. It was amazing. I’m recovering from foot surgery and this helped the swelling to go down. The spa is so clean and comfortable, and the staff were so welcoming. Thank you!
Amazing fusion and scalp/head massage with Catherine! She managed to melt away a lot of stress and I was totally relaxed for 90 minutes! She focused on where I carry my stress with medium to deep tissue massage! I slept great that night! Looking forward to booking my next massage with Catherine and will add on some cupping!
I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to the massage I received today!! I did the lymphatic drainage massage with Julia and it was nothing short of amazing. Julia was kind, caring and attentive. She incorporated various wooden tools, hot towels, and a lavender scented eye covering. The massage was 60 minutes long and covered every area of my body. I went home feeling brand new!! I will definitely be coming back and recommending Namaste/Julia to everyone.
I had a deep tissue massage with Catherine and it was wonderful! The lighting is dim, the table is warm and they add scents to relax you. I told Catherine I wanted to focus on rest and relaxation and I honestly almost fell asleep! She did an amazing job of not adding too much pressure and having the room fill with calming music. I can’t wait to be back!
Namaste spa is a wonderful spa! I had a facial and loved the experience! The front desk person was very accommodating. I appreciate that this business has a person answering the phone! My experience on the table was delightful, they customized the treatment for my skin needs. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated!
