I cannot recommend Namaste and Heather enough! After just one session, I was hooked and now make it a point to go monthly. Heather does a phenomenal job, taking the time to explain everything and discussing what she wants to focus on during each session. I always leave feeling absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist, Heather is the one to see!
Heather is amazing! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains her techniques thoroughly. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and she incorporates so many great elements into her sessions—Biomat, infrared light, cupping, hot stones—making each experience unique and effective. She truly focuses on problem areas, and I always leave feeling incredible (and smelling wonderful!). Highly recommend!
Today was my first experience at Namaste Massage & Bodywork and I must say it was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The office and massage room were clean and welcoming. Heather was very informative and did an excellent job! Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever received. Can’t wait for my next appointment
Today was my first massage and I was very impressed! This isn’t your typical “spa” massage. Heather provides very skilled techniques and is very educated on the human body. She debriefed with me after my massage and explained to me what specific muscles she worked on and plans for future treatment sessions. Heather is the BEST. I have had an amazing experience every time that I walk through her door. She has created an incredibly relaxing atmosphere allowing you to leave all your stress behind and focus on feeling better. Heather greatly cares for her clients and it shows. She always asks how I am feeling and tailors the experience to help with any issues/pain that I may be having. I am so happy to have found her and I look forward to my next appointment every single time I leave.
