So many loopholes present. They keep the card information without our consent to keep card information/detail and they say that they don't keep the information. But I have also read other reviews where somebody got a deduction from their card for no show. Last time I booked an appointment on the same day, their slot was empty, I booked and then I called just after half an hour or so to cancel, they told me cancellation fee will be charged because it is less than 24 hour notice. Very happy with the way they work things here I was accidentally booked with the wrong girl and when I called they were so kind as to switch with the girl I wanted to be with and they refunded me with what I over paid this is how a business should run great job girls you got a customer for life
I and my husband opted for the 2 hearts 4 hands couple's package. We enjoyed the service very much. Both Annelle and Rowan were great at their job. Tthe soa music was just right, creating a soothing and peaceful ambiance. Staff is friendly and they have some amazing services. Would highly recommend and would love to return for more

This week, I decided to treat myself to a pedicure at Namaste spa. I was greeted by this lovely lady Emma. To say I was taken care of, and left feeling amazing is an understatement!! I’ve never had such a welcoming experience like this at a spa. I had some trouble picking my color but Emma was there to find the perfect one. Not to mention she recommended me this amazing foot softener to maintain my service until next time. Will 100% be back soon. Thank you Emma, for giving me a wonderful experience like no other :)
