I brought my daughter in for a 30-minute relaxation massage as a birthday treat. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the actual massage lasted only about 23-25 minutes. The time spent getting dressed and undressed appeared to be included in the 30-minute appointment. When customers pay for a 30-minute massage, they reasonably expect to receive 30 minutes of hands-on massage time. I can’t say enough good things about Namaste Spa! I’ve been going there for facials, and the experience is always amazing. Bailey is absolutely wonderful. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and makes every appointment relaxing and enjoyable. Not only are the facials fantastic, but the skincare recommendations I’ve received have made a huge difference. I had a facial with Bailey and absolutely loved my experience. She was welcoming, attentive, and created such a relaxing atmosphere. My skin felt refreshed, glowing, and so hydrated afterward. Highly recommend Bailey if you’re looking for a great facial experience at Namaste Spa!
