10/10 experience! My husband and I did a couples retreat from 9am-1pm. Very reasonably priced for the value of the experience. It was an incredible milestone in our healing journey. They have red light therapy, acupuncturist, massage therapist, functional medicine, energy healing. We will definitely return and you are definitely missing out if you never try this. All you have to do is show up and be willing to receive healing.
My husband and I booked this for our 16 year anniversary. It was just what we needed! Denisa and her team are so great! Just book and trust the process! We did a 2 day retreat because that’s all we had time for. This is more than just a massage, it’s a spiritual journey. Come to experience and learn. We will be back soon!
Lisa Fudge Smith at Namaste is one the best acupuncturists I've ever worked with. Her strong intuition, years of expertise and deep empathy are all in service of helping you heal and find clarity. You walk out of her sessions feeling lighter and better and that feeling continues for days. I highly recommend her.
Peggy was so fantastic, she listened to me and understood my path of healing. The half day retreat was much needed in my life and it has given me a level of peace that I didn't think was possible in such a short amount of time. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone on their own spiritual and/or healing journey. Jessica was also amazing and helped heal a lot of areas with particular tension in my body. Thank you all so much for this experience.
I was blown away by my experience at Namaste. Sarah, Denisa and Peggy were so attentive and welcoming during my half-day retreat. I highly, highly recommend and will definitely be going back!
