Very bad experience; treat customers like nothing by hangup the phone on me.
An insanely overpriced store. I bought 20 grams of Chinese Herb and was charged 8 dollars! (8 times more expensive compared to other stores) This medicine was priced 7 dollars, in C mart it’s 5 dollars, on Weee it’s 3 dollars.
The older woman working behind the counter doesn’t know how to speak kindly. Her cold tone and customer service made me uncomfortable. Initially saw that the store has a variety of herbal remedies, and I went inside to ask for a specific recipe that I usually get from California (thinking they might have it too) but she sarcastically dismissed my inquiry. Her response was unexpected and rude, so I decided to leave.
