Set up a spa day for my wife’s 50th birthday weeks ahead. While she was driving there they called and told her they weren’t able to provide the services she had set up and wouldn’t have the female masseuse she requested and they agreed upon. Only a male. She was in tears and I called and canceled letting them know they ruined her special day.
This was my first time ever going to a Spa and I must say that I was pleasantly pleased. My therapist was Amelia and she has splendid hands. I arrived 10 min BEFORE my scheduled time, feeling tense because I didn’t want to lose any time toward my 90 min CBD bath salt rub & massage. Amelia addressed my problem areas such as my right wrist, lower back, feet, etc and she even went a little over my scheduled time, 14 minutes. Tremendous gratitude to you Amelia!!!
