I had an unauthorized charge on my card. I had to call three times to get a dispute done. I was treated like I was stupid by all of the customer service people except Adam(in the call center). I was called a liar because I didn't see the first charge in July. I was told I had to call Google(who doesn't take phone calls) to resolve my issue. I had to remind them that they needed to reissue me a debit card because it had fraudulent charges on it. The first person, Neil, treated me like I was too stupid to understand English.
