I went in for a Korean lift and brow lamination. The girl that did my eyebrows told me not to wash them before a 24 hrs time frame. I followed directions and didn’t touch them until I washed them I noticed that my eyebrows were crunchy, bent, curly looking and hard to comb them. I realized they had over processed my eyebrows I called them to let them know that my eyebrows were a mess. Nalo is the absolute best and worth every penny. I regularly get manicures with Kayleen and they are flawless every time. I went to another technician when she was out of town, I am incredibly OCD about my nails and they went above and beyond to accommodate me and perfect the shape.
