I have been getting my nails done with Dilya at Nalo Spa for about a year now, and it is LONG overdue for me to write this review. I’m normally terrible about leaving reviews because I always forget, but Nalo deserves one, and Dilya especially deserves all the recognition in the world. I went in for a Russian manicure. My first apt was at 2:30, I arrived close to 30min early, they send a waiver you have to sign along with so many rules (no snacks, strict cancellations policy, need to have card on file etc) all fine. I wait… 2:30 comes around, then 2:35, 2:40, 2:45 and on and on.
