I saw Anu from the Nakota Medi Spa on August 18th 2026 where I received a cryotherapy treatment on my neck and jawline. It was to treat several seborrheic keratoses. These dark pigment spots had been there for more than 1 year. I found the treatment wasn't painful at all and it can treat a lot of spots in one visit. I am extremely pleased with the hair regrowth treatment that I received from Anu at Nakota Spa. The treatment consisted of 8 sessions and by the 5th she showed me that I was starting to get little "sprouts" of new hair. She spends a great deal of time on each treatment (almost 2 hours), which consists of microneedling, light therapy and a massage application of growth serum.
