Naked Furniture - Takes your money and runs I ordered a bookshelf on Nov 7, paid in full and was promised delivery in 6 weeks. When I had not heard from the store by mid-January, I started calling and only once was the phone answered by " Scott" who assured me that " Chris" would call me the next day. Late arrival of bookcase We ordered a bookshelf and were told it would take 6-8 weeks; it took 11 weeks to arrive and still smelled of varnish, so it's sequestered in another room until the smell wears off enough to put it into the baby's room. Otherwise was fine, but we probably wouldn't order from here again.

Do not ever set foot in this horrible establishment! We purchased a very costly home office system and have had nothing but problems with Naked Furniture. First off, they delivered the wrong size curio, so they had to re-order this piece from the manufacturer. No effort was made to expedite this process and I was told I’d have to wait 8-10 weeks with part of my desk missing. I was appalled at this, and I ended up having to wait 17 weeks for the correct curio to arrive which was completely unacceptable! In the meantime, there... read more
Naked Furniture This furniture store is really cool, but very pricey. Excellent quality and craftsmanship and everything is REAL WOOD, no pressboard or fake stuff. You get to pick your finishing option on you you want the piece to look and they also do upholstery as well. Plenty of parking in the strip mall where the shop is located and they have evening hours. I think you can finance purchases as well. Good place to go for a good piece for your home of office.
