Claudia is the best. I've been working with her now for about 5 weeks and she has already made such a difference to how I move.
Claudia helped me with plantar and muscle relaxation. First time was awesome, second time, I felt like I was reborn 🤭 Third time made me realise I have to keep going more than what I do. Love her work. 💕
Claudia's massage was fantastic. I recently sustained a back injury at the gym, which was quite debilitating, and I was able to see Claudia over the weekend, who focussed on the area, assessed that it was likely not a facet joint injury and then referred me to a service for an infra-red sauna and salt bath which completely resolved my symptoms. I will be sure to visit her again. Reggie (her greyhound) is adorable too, and the space is very relaxing. I highly recommend her studio.
