They are lier , they used to do direct billing with Manulife but now they stopped doing it , had service with them last consecutive 3 months , and each time they mentioned different reason of not billing with manulife . Why can’t you just tell that you guys don’t do manulife anymore ??? Pathetic customer service
I love this spa so much. The ambience is 10/10! Been to a few around town and this one so far is the best for me. My most recent massage was booked with Christine Tuff and it was everything I expected and more. Christine was pleasant, polite and professional and made me feel comfortable. I got a hot stone therapeutic massage + the head massage add-on and I was absolutely relaxed during and after receiving the service.
