Got my eyebrows waxed amazing service!! And a beautiful spa
They don’t do direct billing — every month they come up with different excuses: 1) their system is not working, or 2) our provider is not listed for direct billing. They should just stop advertising that they offer direct billing. Moreover, their customer service has become awful in recent times.
Not the luxury experience i used to get like at their old location. I got a mani/pedi with gel and had to ask the lady to put oil on my cuticles afterwards (no cream or anything was applied) and for my feet she didn’t even scrub underneath - nails look nice but for the price i expect more of a luxury service; cuticle oil and scrubbing under feet are pretty basic things to skip at a spa. We did get a discount due to this but def wont be going there again.
I love my haircut. Kim is an exceptional precision hair cutter/stylist. I wanted to go very short but still wanted a style. She knew exactly what to do. I felt like I was in very capable hands
I decided to finally check out NAKAI after hearing a few things from friends once my usual RMT moved over there, and it was an amazing experience. If you are looking for something elevated, this is your place. Additionally, the pricing is comparable to most other RMT services, so there is no reason not to get more for your money's worth.
