My wife and I were referred to Katie Compton by a friend as this was our first house buying experience and working with a mortgage broker would be helpful. Katie was very helpful to us, and made the process, of which we knew very little, extremely painless. She is prompt in her communication, explained things very plainly and was a joy to work with. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

This is my second time working with Katie, the other being when I first bought my home. The TL;DR is: great communication, listens to your needs, entirely hassle-free (what she can prepare, she prepares for you), and quick. The last being not the most important, but let's face it, the longer a process takes, the more you're left wondering what's going on? Any time I had a question, she followed up on whomever she needed to and informed me usually same day, even "after hours". Thanks as always Katie! It has been a pleasure!
