I just used this service for pick up to & ftom the airport for our family members for vacation. I would give them 10 stars. No problems, communicate from start to finish. Their travel service our needs for the group include luggage. Very clean & Professional. Will certainly used & recommend their services.

My experience with this shuttle service has become incredibly frustrating, particularly concerning their payment practices and overall communication. As a driver who has completed jobs for them, it's deeply disappointing to report severe issues with receiving payment for services rendered. For instance, I completed a ride from IAD to Washington D.C., and despite the job being done, payment has not been forthcoming. Naive Car service has been a life saver by taking stress off of airport drop offs or even going into DC. Just having the service makes the trip or experience more enjoyable. So professional and friendly, they keep you posted on their arrivals and show up on time. Better than calling other ride share services that cancel or do not show up. Naive is top tier service!
