I just used this service for pick up to & ftom the airport for our family members for vacation. I would give them 10 stars. No problems, communicate from start to finish. Their travel service our needs for the group include luggage. Very clean & Professional. Will certainly used & recommend their services.
My experience with this shuttle service has become incredibly frustrating, particularly concerning their payment practices and overall communication. As a driver who has completed jobs for them, it's deeply disappointing to report severe issues with receiving payment for services rendered. For instance, I completed a ride from IAD to Washington D.C., and despite the job being done, payment has not been forthcoming.
