Worst experience I've ever had with a trucking company — and it’s all thanks to the unhinged dispatcher. This guy must think he’s running a military boot camp. Screaming on the phone, talking down to drivers and customers like we’re garbage, and acting like every basic question is a personal attack. Completely unstable and unprofessional. This company is a ticking time bomb. They straight-up encourage drivers to cheat the ELD and bend HOS rules like it's a game. Dispatch acts like safety regulations are just “suggestions” — constantly pressuring you to roll tired, falsify logs, and keep moving no matter what. They’ll even “coach” you on how to make it look legal.
First company I drive for that pays you on time !!!! People in the office are professional and make you feel like family. I never have any issues with getting maintenance done on my truck. No more driving on bald tires or leaking antifreeze or non working fridge…they actually take care of the trucks and drivers. Only regret is that I can’t give any more stars !
Good dispatch, always helping if I have any issues. Fleet always bending over backwards to keep me rolling…even if it means driving out of home base to fix my Rig in another city, who does that !
