Highly recommend these folks. They are great help when you need it and are polite and respectful.
Usually have no issues with this company when speaking over the phone with them. But seems as if there is a new lady on the phone and her attitude was beyond rude. Called yesterday to make a payment and was told to get called back to complete it. When no one called me back I called this morning and got some much attitude. Girl needs to get her tone of voice checked if she is going to work in customer service, and possibly follow through with her call backs.
These people dont know there head from there A*@!!!! Would not recommend wasting your time!!!
