How do you leave less than zero stars? The receptionist is absolutely incompetent. Any experience I might have had with this office has been marred by the lack of communication and rudeness at the front desk.
I'm not sure if this is Dr Guptas office as well but I called to check if my results were in, the receptionist laughed at me as I cried because I've been nervous and anxious. I have severe anxiety and she was so unprofessional and rude. I'll be switching doctors entirely because of her. She needs out of healthcare with her attitude.
Good doctor. Let down by awful experience with the receptionist. Slow. Unresponsive. Borderline surly.
This comment involves only the receptionist at the clinic She is disrespectful, rude, and lies about appointments. I don’t know why this great doctor allowed such a rude person to work in his clinic and treat cardiac patients that way. People should not be punished for being told wrong appointment and left away from another booking Because of her mistake. I believe she has disrespect for the patients.
