Got my taxes and my finances done here and. It started off good intill she messed up my fiancés taxes. Tried to contact her multiple times in different forms via email, text, phone call and I even went to the office. She’s never open and it’s impossible to reach her. She will not take accountability and will not respond back. I had my family and friends do there taxes here but they will not be doing it here any longer due to the irresponsible outcome on her part and not taking accountability.
The owner is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help her clients. A few people I know and myself have been long time returning clients of hers because she always takes her time to explain everything thoroughly and answers all our questions, and always has a good attitude for her clients. She also does DMV services and it’s nice to have an office like this locally, I definitely recommend her business.

Terrible service, unprofessional and this girl does not return phone calls, emails or texts after she messes up paperwork. ( After you already payed) Do not go here it's best to go to the DMV.
