They're not against using legal action against the first nation people they are supposed to represent, as well as fighting them in courts by appealing over this recent court ruling which most of the beneficiaries agreed with that the money was for the people which will hold all of the nations money up in court now.
Did not like the firm. Also recently saw in the news and so glad the judge slashed this Legal team’s high hopes gouging billing they hoped for a lottery win - win back!
Firm trying to keep 500 Million, yes 1/2 Billion dollars of indigenous money that should be distributed across all of the 21 communities that are part of the Robinson Huron Treaty. This is pure greed, and certainly doesn't align with indigenous values. 44 Million is at best what they are entitled to, which is 4 times their actual cost.. which apparently isn't enough. Disgusting, and shocking behavior. I suggest no indigenous group or person, or anyone really uses them. They will take advantage of you.
