Neil was fabulous -- his manner couldn't have been more calm and he put our group (which included grandparents through infants) at ease. And then the photos arrived and we are thrilled with them! His portraits were better than those of other photographers we saw across the Outer Banks, and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend Nags Head Portraits!

Neil was great to work with, upon initial booking to reminders before the date and very clear instructions throughout. Day of the shoot, he was prompt and so much fun. We had an 8 year old and a 13 month old with eight adults and he got some phenomenal shots. Small group and large group shots, and the kids by themselves, we had fun, he made it easy. Two weeks later, great pictures I can't wait to show off.

Highly recommend Neil! He was a pleasure to work with, and he was flexible with the crazy weather!. The photo shoot was a great experience, he had great ideas and instruction, without being overly posed. We had 2 adults and 5 kids in our group, and he had such a good eye and attention to detail. Our pictures are beautiful, and double as art on the walls!

Knocked it out of the park. This is at least the third (maybe fourth?) time we've used Neil for family portraits, and he always exceeds our expectations. He's a total professional and master of his craft. And he's great with coaxing my young children to cooperate, which is a miracle! Thank you for capturing these very treasured moments so beautifully.
