As you're driving along N.C. 158, the main road through KDH and Nags Head, you'll see our hammocks, swings, chairs and stands set up out front, scattered all across the handsomely landscaped lawn, and all along the store's inviting front porch. I purchased the Deluxe Roman Arc Cypress stand and after just two years of use, the base started cracking making it completely unsafe to use. My wife and I weigh a combined 280lbs and this stand was always maintained with their recommended refinishing and sanding instructions. We also live where conditions are ideal and there is no cold weather or snow, and the stand is marketed on their site as an outdoor stand. Worst customer service ever!!! I love the products, but am so frustrated with the service! I understand that the whole Covid thing has made life difficult for everyone, but this is way beyond short staff problems. I have called numerous times only to get the call back later message- all day long. If I call 30 min before closing, I get the we are closed message.
