Unprofessional. Attempted to reschedule appt. Her policy states that if you rebook twice you'd be charged a fee. I tried to rebook once and informed her that her policy that rebooking means to book again and implies that it was AFTER the initial booking. She redeemed my Groupon never provided the service and refused to provide a refund and reschedule.
