I saw with my own eyes the therapists are reusing the same towels from one client to the next and that’s also why the towels feel very oily. Not attending again.
That was the worst massage I have ever had. I had to constantly ask her to use less pressure as she caused me a lot of pain digging her elbows deep into my back. I left that place with pain all over my body that I didn't have beforehand. My wife had hot stones and a facial even though she only asked for remedial and had her spine rubbed which is incredibly dangerous and unprofessional.
Like coming here for a massage but please ask the girls not to press on the spine in anyway even with a towel . I have neck spondylitis and now have a lot of pain . Very lovely atmosphere and girls
