I work here
Rudest customer service manager I've ever delt with at millbury location. I'm a service manager and asked a simple question about work being done and was told I can pick the trailer up and cancel the invoice if I wanted too. I went to speak in person. Put my hand out to introduce myself and was snubbed. Was still told I could take the job back. If I didn't tell my customer they woul have their tank back I would have. Guess what! The job didn't get finished. Have to wait another day.
As an outside carrier, these mechanics are phenomenal at getting trucks fixed in a timely matter! Excellent job Tobie!!!
