Recently used Robert Nagel as our real estate lawyer. His office was always diligent to respond/reach out when anything came up the weeks leading up to our closing date. Our closing day ended up being more complicated than anticipated due to some issues involving the sellers of our new home. Despite it being a Friday evening, Robert personally called me to get an update on the situation and provide guidance on how to proceed. Before leaving the office, he also gave me a number where I could reach him throughout the evening i... read more
Robert has been my lawyer through multiple real estate transactions as well as my personal will and estate planning. Across each matter, he has been professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. He explains everything in easy-to-understand language, never rushes the process, and always makes time for questions with patience and care. His thorough approach and attention to detail have given me confidence during important decisions. I would confidently recommend Robert to anyone looking for a trustworthy and capable lawyer.
Robert Nagel and his lovely law clerk Nicole went over and above in the services they provided in the closing of my house sale.To call them professional is an understatement! They strive for perfection, providing clear and prompt communications with clients. The most trusted lawyer I've ever met. Tha... read more
I was calling around looking for information on a Will and Powers attorney for a sick family member in the Lindsay hospital. I was sadly disappointed with the negative attitude of the lady who answered the phone and with the clerk who apparently works in the wills department. This is an extremely upsetting moment for me and how one answers the phone can make all the difference. Being a law clerk myself, I understand the importance of clients and client relations and do not recommend this firm at all.
I was really happy with Lois and Garth they helped me navigate a difficult separation and property split. They were understanding of the situation and offered great advice throughout this whole situation including telling me what I needed to hear. I absolutely recommend them for any legal advice.
