I was calling around looking for information on a Will and Powers attorney for a sick family member in the Lindsay hospital. I was sadly disappointed with the negative attitude of the lady who answered the phone and with the clerk who apparently works in the wills department. This is an extremely upsetting moment for me and how one answers the phone can make all the difference. Being a law clerk myself, I understand the importance of clients and client relations and do not recommend this firm at all.
I was really happy with Lois and Garth they helped me navigate a difficult separation and property split. They were understanding of the situation and offered great advice throughout this whole situation including telling me what I needed to hear. I absolutely recommend them for any legal advice.
Robert just helped us with our cottage purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robert and his amazing team to everyone. Very professional and nice team.
