I was appointed Mr. Nagel by gilbert municipal court and was extremely disappointed with the service I received from him. I was advised by another attorney to reach out to him prior to my hearing however after attempting to contact him multiple times he failed to ever respond back expect one time to state he was requesting records from the prosecutor’s office however he never got back to me before my hearing. Maaaan I was highly impressed and blessed with the help of Charlie Naegle. In 2023 and 2024 I was fighting 3 criminal cases and looking at 5 years . A lot of dirt and unprofessionalism was going on from the prosecutor Edward Paine who was working through other prosecutors & tried to give me 5 years .
